*The price of the securities as stated in your Portfolio Appraisal report are updated daily as of the close of regular market hours except as follows:

The price of municipal securities is the closing price on the last business day of the previous month. The price of all other securities (e.g., convertible debentures, warrants, etc.) is as of the prior day's close.
